1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the 29bet platform and all of its services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 29bet and each user. By starting to use the site, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreement.

29bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication, so it is recommended that you check this page regularly.

This site is intended only for individuals who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country or region.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on 29bet, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. 29bet may request proof of age verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered fraudulent activity, which may result in the closure of all accounts and cancellation of associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. If any of your details change, you must notify 29bet immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account information completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 29bet support immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

29bet currently accepts deposits via three major mobile financial services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Payments through any method other than these are not accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the system.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues with the bank or mobile operator.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered on the account.

3.3 Transaction Liability

The user is solely responsible for providing incorrect mobile numbers or account details during a deposit or withdrawal. 29bet will not be liable for any funds lost due to such errors.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• A user may benefit from a promotion only once.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by 29bet.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• 29bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

29bet's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Staying regularly active and spending more time on the platform makes it possible to advance to higher tiers.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

29bet is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games and betting services. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information and transactions secure.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing or betting using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the 29bet platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Impersonating another user or attempting fraud.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Collaborative cheating or syndicate betting designed to exploit the system.

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If found involved in any of the above activities, 29bet reserves the right to close the account without notice, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any user may permanently close their account at any time by notifying our support team. In this case, the remaining balance in the account may be withdrawn subject to applicable conditions being met.

9.2 Closure by 29bet

29bet may close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of false information or fraud.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
